Supported by BBC Children in Need
The fundraising team had the privilege of talking with Sophie Law on BBC Radio Oxford about the impact of our funding from BBC Children in Need. They spoke about the importance of SeeSaw Grief Support’s work across Oxfordshire, together with two young people who shared their experiences of being supported, inspiring other young people to talk about their grief and face the future with hope.
“I talked to Sophie about how SeeSaw helped support me through the process of my dad’s palliative care, and the funeral after he died. It was nice to have the chance to share my gratitude for SeeSaw’s work, and the impact that they have had on me and my family.”
Listen out for us on BBC Radio Oxford during the morning shows on the 5th November when we join Sophie on her 3-legged challenge to raise funds for BBC Children in Need!
