Meet our Staff Team
Judith Mulligan
Director
Judith joined Seesaw as Director in February 2017. Judith has worked with children, young people and their families for over 25 years as a teacher, support worker, mentor and as a supervisor and manager for practitioners working with families. Judith has managed services delivering a range of support to children and young people to meet their emotional and educational needs and promote wellbeing. Prior to relocating to Oxford in 2017 Judith worked for charities in London, most recently as Chief Executive of Every Parent & Child.
Lesley Duff
Clinical Lead
Lesley joined the SeeSaw team in 2015 and is now Clinical Lead. She oversees the quality and consistency of the clinical service, supporting the team to deliver compassionate, thoughtful bereavement support. She also works directly with families, offering support both before and after a death.
Lesley initially trained as a psychologist and later as a Psychodynamic counsellor. She previously worked as a school counsellor and has over 20 years’ experience supporting bereaved children and young people in both clinical and voluntary settings.
Annie Brylewska-Cooper
Children and Families Practitioner
Part of SeeSaw’s pre-bereavement team, Annie works alongside children, young people, and their families when someone in the family is terminally ill. Supporting families to communicate about the challenges of living with terminal illness – and preparing for a death – is a key part of her role. She joined the SeeSaw team in 2019, having worked most recently for Home-start Oxford, supporting children and families facing additional challenges in the preschool and primary years. With a background of 14 years as a secondary school teacher, she has worked across the full childhood spectrum into young adulthood.
Beau Craven
Children and Families Practitioner
Beau joined the SeeSaw Grief Support team in 2025 as a Children and Families Practitioner. He has a background in therapeutic and educational settings, supporting children with complex emotional needs. He has also worked in family support roles within Early Help, adoption and fostering. Beau holds a BA in Childhood and Youth Studies and an FDA in Therapeutic Practice with Children and Young People.
Becki Gascoyne
Children and Families Practitioner
As a Children and Families Practitioner, Becki supports families after the death of a parent or sibling. She also coordinates our Side by Side programme of activity days and family events, supports Lesley in co-ordinating schools support and is the team lead for families bereaved by suicide. Becki graduated as a Schools, Childrens and Youth Worker and has 16 years’ experience working with Children and Young People within school and community settings.
Eve Robins
Children and Families Practitioner
Eve joined SeeSaw in 2017 as one of the Children and Families Practitioners. Her job involves supporting families after a death. She has a special interest at SeeSaw in working with bereaved children and young people who have additional needs.
Previously, Eve was actively involved in the Oxford branch of Cruse Bereavement Care. Also, she has had years of experience of working with children with disabilities in the Local Authority and also within the adult palliative care sector.
Rachel Clinch
Children and Families Practitioner
Rachel joined the SeeSaw team in 2024. As a Children and Families Practitioner she supports families after the death of a parent or sibling. She started her career as a teacher interested in pastoral care, working with primary aged pupils.
Maddie Bain
Clinical Data and Volunteer Manager
Maddie manages our amazing team of Volunteer Support Workers. She is also responsible for managing our clinical data and is the first point of contact for families, professionals and anyone else reaching out to SeeSaw.
Jane Alexander Carr
Head of Fundraising
Jane joined SeeSaw in 2022 as part of the fundraising team, building relationships with trusts and grants donors, and became Head of Fundraising in July 2024. She brings a wealth of fundraising, communications and events experience working with charities supporting disadvantaged children and young people in both the UK and Africa.
Jane Elliott
Corporate Partnerships Manager
Jane worked as a fundraiser for SeeSaw between 2007 and 2022 after previously working for Guideposts Trust, Sobell House and Oxfam. We are thrilled that she returned to SeeSaw in 2024 as Corporate Partnerships Manager where she nurtures and creates new corporate partnerships in and around Oxfordshire to help support the work of SeeSaw.
Jo Hunt
Fundraising Supporter Care Officer
Jo joined SeeSaw in 2024 as part of the fundraising team, following a career as an Early Years teacher with responsibilities as department lead and Maths subject leader. Jo has extensive experience of volunteering including 5 years as a school governor and 10 years as a Scouts Trustee. As Supporter Care Officer she is responsible for the stewardship of SeeSaw’s supporters. She ensures they have all the resources and information they need when fundraising or donating to SeeSaw and keeps supporters informed of the value they bring to bereaved children and young people in Oxfordshire.
Olivia Webster
Fundraising and Communications Officer
Liv joined the SeeSaw Fundraising team in 2024 as Fundraising and Communications Officer. A key part of Liv’s role focuses on developing our digital communications and community fundraising relations. Liv recently graduated with a Masters in International Development specifically in Gender, Violence and Conflict and also has a range of experience volunteering for non-profit organisations overseas. Her work with small charities has been focused on providing equal opportunities for children and young people through education, environmental consciousness as well as reproductive health rights.
Kyla Sansbury
Finance Officer
Kyla joined SeeSaw in January 2025. She is a qualified chartered accountant and has worked in private practice, the financial services sector and as an auditor. Kyla has several years’ experience of working with charities as an accountant, independent examiner, volunteer and as a trustee of a local youth centre.
Leyla Mehmet
Office Administrator
As SeeSaw’s Office Administrator, Leyla plays a key role in helping to keep the charity running smoothly behind the scenes. She provides dedicated administrative support to the team, volunteers, and trustees. With a strong background in organisation and service focused administration, she is often the first point of contact for enquiries and uses her technical skills to streamline systems, improve internal communications and support small projects across the charity, helping to ensure that SeeSaw can deliver high quality bereavement support to children, young people and families across Oxfordshire.
