In memory giving

Remember a loved one

Donating or fundraising in memory of a loved one is a meaningful way to celebrate their life while helping others at a time when they need it most. Your support can create a lasting legacy, providing hope to bereaved children and young people.

There are several ways you can help SeeSaw Grief Support in memory of someone special.

Donate in their memory

You can make a one-off donation or set up a regular gift in memory of your loved one. Our online donation form is simple to complete, and you’ll have the opportunity to tell us the name of the person you’re remembering and their relationship to you.

If you would prefer to donate by post, please make cheques payable to ‘SeeSaw’, and send them to: SeeSaw, Bush House, 2 Merewood Avenue, Oxford OX3 8EF.

Your gift, whatever its size, can make a real difference. For example:

£25

could provide a Happy Self Journal for a bereaved child

£100

could fund immediate support following a sudden death

£560

could fund a peer support session for young people after a death

Set up a Tribute Page with MuchLoved

A MuchLoved tribute page is a special online space to remember your loved one and share their story.

You can:

Funds raised through your MuchLoved page will help us continue to support bereaved families now and in the future.

Leave a Legacy Gift in their memory

Leaving a gift to SeeSaw in your Will in memory of a loved one is a powerful way to ensure their legacy lives on. Your gift will help secure the future of our service for generations to come.

Take on a fundraising challenge

Taking on a challenge in memory of your loved one can be a positive way to honour them while raising vital funds to support our work.

You might choose to take part in one of our upcoming events or organise your own challenge. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

Fin’s Story

When I was 10 years old, my sister passed away at the age of 14 due to a dangerous driver. SeeSaw Grief Support helped me and my family through this. The support brought back smiles to our faces.

As a team, myself and a few mates wanted to do a big challenge for charity. Our challenge was a 24 hour run around Abingdon and Oxford. During this run there were struggles, but we pushed through and ended up running 106km raising £1,189 for SeeSaw
