Sunningwell Festival 2026

Sunningwell Festival 2026

23–26 July 2026 | The Quarry Amphitheatre, Sunningwell

We’re delighted to once again be part of the wonderful Sunningwell Festival, returning this July for four days of music, theatre, comedy and family entertainment in one of Oxfordshire’s most unique outdoor venues.

Set in the beautiful Quarry Amphitheatre, this much‑loved community festival brings together high‑quality live performances with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, all under the cover of a giant tipi.

We’re incredibly grateful to the festival organisers, Opera Anywhere, for choosing to support SeeSaw again in 2026. Profits from the festival will help fund our work across Oxfordshire, ensuring that bereaved children, young people and families receive the specialist support they need, when they need it most.

Programme of events:

  • Thursday 23 July – Comedy and music with award‑winning comedian Amy Webber
  • Friday 24 July – Folk Night featuring Fire & Dust: A Woody Guthrie Story with Reg Meuross & The Strike Duo, plus Phil Beer
  • Saturday 25 July – Mozart’s The Magic Flute, presented by Opera Anywhere
  • Sunday 26 July (daytime) – Family show: Pirates Hidden Treasures from Enchanted Performers Theatre Company
  • Sunday 26 July (evening) – Gilbert and Sullivan’s The Pirates of Penzance, presented by Opera Anywhere

Alongside the performances, visitors can enjoy delicious food from Church Farm, a licensed bar, and free parking.
